I had such a favorable impression of the dealership based on the phone conversation that we came in immediately. When we arrived, Patti introduced us to George, who was both personable and professional. He showed us the vehicle, took us on a test drive, and answered every last question we had about the vehicle. We didn't feel at all pressured, and the whole experience was so much more enjoyable than any other car-buying experience we had ever had in the past. The car had not been detailed, but George insisted that it would be thoroughly cleaned and prepped for us upon purchase. We arranged to pick the vehicle up late in the evening, and the dealer generously kept the doors open late so that we could complete the transaction (I'm not certain, but I think George even made a special effort to be there on his day off). The vehicle looked amazing when we picked it up, just as George had promised. We've been thrilled with the vehicle, as well as George's customer service and support even after we took the vehicle home. Clearly, he is super responsive and dedicated to his customers. More
