Start to finish, EASY Allen was a great informative salesman. "Call me if you have any problems, not the dealer, call me!" I like the individuals who I dealt with. They all wanted to help with anything. They stressed that any Problems with the car is what they want to I like the individuals who I dealt with. They all wanted to help with anything. They stressed that any Problems with the car is what they want to take care of. "please call me....not the dealership... call me! I"ll help you!" They all said the same thing, "call me personally...I'll make sure it's taken car of!" This is the "can do" attitude I met at the dealership! I only went in with the thought of looking around, but went out with a 'new' used car. Crystal Tiburcio was a great sales person with test drives in Q50 's and M37s, but I couldn't afford them. Then she had me test drive a 2011 Q37x that I could afford! Maybe! Then I met Mr.Jared Varnadore who did my financials. That sealed our deal!... Even Mr.Joseph Park stopped me in the hall and said what Crystal and Jared said......"If you need anything, no matter what.... call me" More

The sales agent, Evan Gao, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle. He went to great lengths to explain the various features and packages for the QX60, which gave us confidence that the QX60 will satisfy our needs. Evan helped us work with his manager to get the price that we wanted, which was very competitive with other dealers in the region. Jean Maurilus was also very friendly while we were working on the financing options. The interest rate was once again very competitive. Overall a great purchase experience! More

I'm so happy with my car I came in with my wife to look at 2014 q50, valet parked the car for us and we were walked into the showroom. Once we met Ibrahim we told him we were I came in with my wife to look at 2014 q50, valet parked the car for us and we were walked into the showroom. Once we met Ibrahim we told him we were just shopping around and not ready to make a decision, but regardless he still spent about 2 hours with us to show us different types of new and pre owned vehicles to help find out what works for us best. Eventually we felt like the q50 with the premium and nav package was the car we wanted. We were very happy with the service, I will continue to do business here. More
