These guys are exactly what you want out of your car buying experience. Infiniti of Bayside has a Lifetime customer because of their professionalism. My girlfriend and I arrived about 2.5 hours prior to the dealership closing for the evening, I drove off in my new G37 30 mins after they closed. Excellent staff and professionalism!!!! More

And truly was a big help to me, on making my decision of either going with the QX60 or the QX70 Allan answered all my questions, about my final choice, the QX70.and spent countless time with me,explaining all the features and benifits of my 2015 QX70............and every time I have returned to the dealership, all the people there in service and on the showroom floor, have been very warm and gracious, in closing, its a wonderful place to purchase a luxury automobile, and I reccomend them highly to you, its a experience you wont regret..............truly a very nice place and nice people to deal with..............!! Everyone from Ibrahim in sales, Vinny in These guys deserve an award! Infiniti of Bayside is downright the best dealership I have EVER worked with. Everyone from Ibrahim in sales, Vinny in finance, Jean who assisted due to the unique nature of my situation, and Mark the Tech in the garage - were by far the most positive and "customer focused" team I have ever had dealings with. Plus they cooperate to help their customers like champions. As an entrepreneur who as my lovely wife puts it, "is quite difficult to please," I don't write these reviews unless there's an overwhelming reason to. At every moment of my visits Ibrahim and Vinnie made certain I was both comfortable and had no concerns. The deal was straightforward.. no hidden anything and any and all information was fully disclosed. It was not the type of sale most dealerships are familiar with, but they met the challenge head on. This visit was for a business use vehicle purchase so it was a 2012 QX56 kept in near mint condition with very low mileage. I have owned 7 cars and never had such a positive and fulfilling experience. Seems like these guys are setting the bar pretty high. I will be back to get a new personal vehicle soon! More

There's nothing like Infiniti of Bayside When I first walked into Infiniti of Bayside I had no idea where to even begin to look for a car. I was indecisive, confused and just all around unsure when it came to choosing a new car. However, dealer Jose Valdez took his time and helped me narrow down my choices. I was not an easy customer to deal with, but he kept his patience with me, was always polite and funny and knew exactly what to help me look for. He knew what he was talking about and I left that dealership a very happy person in my brand new car. I was pleasantly surprised by how honest, sweet and intelligent this man was. Infiniti Q60 At first I was hesitant to go to a dealer since I was under the assumption all dealers rip you off. However, this was not the case. Ibrahim was At first I was hesitant to go to a dealer since I was under the assumption all dealers rip you off. However, this was not the case. Ibrahim was inquisitive about my preferences, including my budget. He took the time out to weigh out all my options and even gave me the option to come back if I wasnt ready to commit. The finance manager Jean expedited my paperwork process which made the deal close out smoothly. Overall, the customer service out weighed any other dealership, which is the reason I have my car today. If you want a great deal with excellent service, I recommend Ibrahim and Jean. More
