The best experience I have ever had buying a car. Shavonne was so knowledgeable about the process and she was very honest about what I should expect. She listened to my dilemma and immediately jumped into action. A lovely young lady. Period! She put me in touch with Mike. He was efficient and effective! I was impressed by how quick he was. But yet he still managed to be courteous, and professional. And last but definitely not least: my guy Rai. A wealth of information condensed down into easy to understand terms. Rai explained all the techie stuff and answered all my questions clearly. Thank you for breaking it down for me Rai! Overall, my experience was great! Come down to Infiniti of Bayside! Service Consultant was great, but the actual service was terrible. this is the second time it happened to me. Service team checked off all the boxes that they fully inspect your car and charge you for things they did not do. On paper, my battery and windshield fluid was checked off as inspected, but take a look at the picture. Nothing was done. I am so dissatisfied with this service and it's my second lease with Infiniti. I will make several more post on the internet and contact Consumer Bureau hoping that Infiniti Of Bayside address this issue and other should not experience the same. Very Disappointed Customer. This is my 2nd Lease and I am so frustrated the way things went. More
I bought a new Infiniti Q60 and I made my appointment to see the car the same day and the dealership took me in and didn’t care it was last second. As I walked in I was greeted and was being helped by Carlo see the car the same day and the dealership took me in and didn’t care it was last second. As I walked in I was greeted and was being helped by Carlos. He took me for a few test drives and knew all the ins and outs of the cars. I’m a huge car person and was impressed with what he was telling me about the car. As the process went on with the buying process I felt like Carlos was on my side the whole time and doing as much as he can for me and what I wanted. I couldn’t have imagined a better experience buying a car at a dealership. Moreover, I was helped by Michelle the finance manager and she was very kind and cared that I understood all the paperwork that needed to be signed and had an answer for all my questions. She took her time with everything and made sure to explain every little thing to me. Overall, it was a great experience and couldn’t have imagined something better. - Inder More
I chose to buy a car through Infiniti of bayside because of the excellent reviews I found online , unfortunately I found my first car buying experience to be difficult, frustrating and unprofessional ,one t of the excellent reviews I found online , unfortunately I found my first car buying experience to be difficult, frustrating and unprofessional ,one that I would that I would recommend to any prospective car buyer. I initially dealt with Marcel and had agreed to purchase a 2016 used Infiniti. I spent 2 weeks being promised that the car would be repaired , cleaned and ready to be picked up . After ubering to the dealership on two separate occasions I arrived ( to spend hours waiting ) to find out that the car was not finished . Ultimately , 2 weeks after the down payment was placed and having paid for 2 weeks of car insurance, I returned to meet with the sales department to complete the buying process. I secured my loan at an outside credit union ( after having the paperwork corrected).On inspection of the car , a repair was not complete ,the car was dirty , including a gum wrapper in the front seat with all aspects of the car in generally unclean condition , causing me to cancel the deal and request back my deposit . On multiple occasions I called and left messages with no response.The miscommunication and general poor customer service displayed during my car buying experience made me question whether they truly wanted to make a sale.I would not recommend this dealership to any buyer .
