I am very upset about my experience at Infiniti of Bayside. I had negotiated the entire price of the lease before I arrived. In spite of that, I was kept there for over 4 hours, and nobody could exp Bayside. I had negotiated the entire price of the lease before I arrived. In spite of that, I was kept there for over 4 hours, and nobody could explain to me what was happening and why it continued to take so long. I kept complaining that I needed to leave, but nobody would tell me why it took so long. I got there at 2 and didn't leave until after 6, and we still were not finished. Ray came into NYC to complete the explanation of the car. At the end, I was asked to go into finish the paper work with MICHELLE MARIN. WHILE I HAD BROUGHT A FRIEND WITH ME, I DID NOT WANT HIM IN THE MEETINGS. I DID NOT GIVE MICHELLE PERMISSION TO BRING ANYBODY INTO THE LAST MEETING OF THE DAY, BUT SHE BROUGHT HIM IN. IT WAS EMBARRASING AND COMPROMISING. IT WAS NOT HIS BUSINESS HOW MUCH I WAS PAYING FOR THE CAR. I DID NOT WANT HIM IN THERE.! IT WAS TOO EMBARRASING TO ASK HIM TO LEAVE NOT ONLY THAT, SHE STARTED TO ADDRESS HIM AS IF HE WERE THE OWNER...I AM VERY ANGRY ABOUT THIS TREATMENT. On top of that, I requested that they send me mats for the car as an attempt at compensation...but it did not fit, It was not for my car. More
My experience during my last visit was amazing with the service agent Jeff. The service engine light came on my car and i was so worried , i asked my friends for advice and they said it could be something service agent Jeff. So that morning i drove to Infiniti as a walk-in and I was hoping to see my favorite service agent Marvin but he was off and so I started to worry that i may not get the exceptional service I normally get. So the service guys took my car and I sat in the waiting area, one of my friends called me and said "did u request a rental?" , i responded no and my friend was yelling in my ear "oh kristina your going to be there alll daaayyy , thats your whole day" i said no to thats not true , and that every time i come, its fast. I told my friend "no no this is not BMW , i get great service here" as a joke because my friend has a BMW with all types of issues , monthly....hahaha anyway so while i was waiting , i was still a lil worried but then Jeff came out and I was mentally prepared for bad news by that time, but then he presented me with great news and that there was no problem with my engine and even did the complimentary inspection and everything is green ...i was sooo happy and relieved ...joyful...i even got my wipers changed out ...so my experience was great and i was there for less than a hour , with a free car wash, no charge....great service , infiniti customer since 2008 ...thanks Jeff More

Great service staff, facility is very small but the great staff makes the whole process quite smooth, management was very friendly and involved with clients, everyone worked as a team felt as if the entire s staff makes the whole process quite smooth, management was very friendly and involved with clients, everyone worked as a team felt as if the entire staff was working for me just for a simple maintenance visit! xxxxxxto Infiniti of bayside staff, Thank you Angelo Jeff More
