Ray and his team has done it again. Not long ago, I was there in search for a bigger vehicle for my growing family. However, as the 4 months went by, I was gassing up more than I had expected. I had contacted Ray regarding service that needed to be done. While there, this past Thursday, I had decided to inquire about EVs and potential hybrids that could be more economically efficient. At first, Ray shows us the available KIAs. Knowing me, I knew that wouldn’t be enough. Ray then finally saved the best for last. He showed me the most beautiful 2018 BMW 530e and I immediately fell in love. This establishment and all the people that has been apart of my ever going journey has never cease to amaze me. Every individual involved has organically worked on my deal ensuring the best rates and best options. I cannot thank them enough for making my family and I feel valued as a consumer and feel like we are a part of their dealership family. I definitely can’t wait to see where my new journey will take me. I highly recommend this dealership hands down! One of the best yet in my books. More

Terrible experience. Never, ever, ever have I had an experience as this. Taking my car in for service and then having a part fall off of my car, when I brought the car in to take care of that issue, to experience as this. Taking my car in for service and then having a part fall off of my car, when I brought the car in to take care of that issue, to then have me pay for the costs of repair for the technician's negligence. I would expect this from a chop shop, that charges $9.99 for oil change, not a large, supposedly reputable large dealership, from which the car was purchased, having just paid $200 for service, to have to pay another $300 for incompetence. The fact that the service rep, after speaking with management, having the audacity to assure me the tech did everything correctly and it's my fault the part fell off of the car, 1 day after having taken in for service. This car is a lease. Which, I was thinking of either purchasing, or getting a new car.... After this experience, I'm thinking of going to a more reputable dealership next time, which prides itself on customer service, experience, taking ownership of their mistakes over passing the buck onto the consumer. More

Their service department maintained my original Infiniti for 120k miles until it was totaled by another driver. I then looked around and bought a new Infiniti from this dealership. the purchase process wa for 120k miles until it was totaled by another driver. I then looked around and bought a new Infiniti from this dealership. the purchase process was easy and I was able to continue my relationship with my service advisor Dan. He is spectacular. He knows me and my car. I have had nothing but positive experiences for over 150k miles between the cars. More

I don’t recommend using the Roseville Infinity Service Department, John Phillips, or Robert Rogers. They had our car in for Insurance claim. They then had our car towed to Co-Part without our authorizatio Department, John Phillips, or Robert Rogers. They had our car in for Insurance claim. They then had our car towed to Co-Part without our authorization. I had actually told John Philips that we were keeping the car and wanted it towed to our house. More than 6 months later, I can’t even get our correct key fob back after leaving messages for Service Dept Assistant Manager John Philips and Manager Robert Rogers. They gave Co-Part a Nissan key fob for our Infinity and sent emails to John and Robert Rogers showing photos that they messed up, and not Co-Part, like they claimed. It’s pretty crazy that they charge premium prices with terrible customer service. We want our correct key fob back and I’m pissed that they have made this impossible to get back! More
