I’ve been a customer for over 15 years. Unfortunately, in the last couple, I have not experienced the same level of customer service. This dissatisfaction has NOTHING to do with the servic Unfortunately, in the last couple, I have not experienced the same level of customer service. This dissatisfaction has NOTHING to do with the service advisors who have provided excellent customer service. The problem lies in less loaners being available (creating longer waits for an appt in order to secure a loaner) and not bring able to reach a live voice (I.e., a receptionist) as in the “old days.” I’m not a fan of “no one is available to take your call right now..,try again later” recordings! More
