Compared to other dealer service departments I think Roseville Infiniti could improve customer satisfaction. Technician vehicle videos are very informative and help customer see what the tech sees. I have no idea about the rest of the dealership, as this was the first interaction I have had here or with any Infinity in over 10 years as a result of a total loss of trust with a prior (different) Infinit was the first interaction I have had here or with any Infinity in over 10 years as a result of a total loss of trust with a prior (different) Infiniti dealership (sales and service). The most important relationship with any dealership for most of us is the trust we have (or don't have) with the Service Manager. For certain, this is true for me. Dan Chastain, Service Manager at Roseville Infiniti was exceptional. He addressed my issues, treated me with respect and what recognized that I actually know something about cars myself. Dan made sure my needs were met without any upselling or manipulation -- just the relevant facts -- presented clearly and concisely! The work was done quicky and I was kept informed prior to, during and after the service work was done. I felt I was treated with honesty and respect and by a very knowledgeable service manager and service team. Thank you, Dan! My 1997 Q45 keeps on going strong after 28 years and over 250K miles, but you and the service team at Roseville Infiniti put Infiniti back on my consideration list for my next car when that day comes!
