Alysssa picked up my car and returned it and kept in touch with me; very nice and professional. No work was done at this time, a part was ordered. The car most likely got to the service center by 10 a.m.; at 2 p.m., I finally called and left a message with Jairo about what was happening since I knew they could do no work until I okayed it. Seems to me 4 hours is too long. The part will take 7-10 days, which I feel is unacceptable as it could be flown here in 2 days or so. I'm driving with the service engine light on, hoping it will last until the part arrives. More
