Great experience and Kerri was very helpful and attentive. I had to make the hard decision to leave the my Infiniti dealer where I have been for over 10 years, due to poor service (recently). It would have been a 5 star. But when I brought my vehicle in on Friday Oct. 11th, for the second Z coating and detailing, because the detailing was not good when I bought the ca But when I brought my vehicle in on Friday Oct. 11th, for the second Z coating and detailing, because the detailing was not good when I bought the car, I was told by the service department that I couldn't get my vehicle back until Tuesday the following week at the earliest. That would have been fine, if I hadn't scheduled the appointment 2 weeks in advance, but I did, when I bought the car on Friday, Sept. 27th. In addition, the new Manager called me the week prior and talked with me personally about the appointment and getting a loaner car. He said to see him as soon as I arrived. When I arrived and asked for him, he said he didn't remember the conversation and told me they didn't have a loaner. With all that said, they did pull through on the loaner and detailing, I'm assuming the coating was done. I agreed to pick up the car the following morning, in the interest of my time, I did not have all day to wait. Communication is key. In the end, my car looked fabulous when I picked it up. I attribute getting this done in a timely manner to JP Pullen. He coordinated getting this done in a timely manner. I'm sure it will run smoother in the future. Thank you. More
