This is my second time taking my car to get an oil change and it was going great in the beginning until I was not notified that my car was ready. I decided to head to the dealership on my own as the time was and it was going great in the beginning until I was not notified that my car was ready. I decided to head to the dealership on my own as the time was getting close to 5:30 and the dealership closes at 6pm. I was not called or texted that my vehicle was ready for pick up. When I was on my way I got a call from Shannon and she was not friendly at all, she was speaking to me very condescendingly and was rude telling me that my vehicle had been ready for sometime and she called me earlier when she had not. Very disappointed with my experience and will likely not be going after my warranty is up. More
