This dealer has very bad customer service. On the point of miss representation. We purchased a 60k mile maintenance program. At 24k mile oil change. We are told the program was canceled. We've purchased out last four Infiniti's from Cindy. I honestly can't imagine purchasing a car from anyone else. She has taken such good care of both of us! Shannon greeted me the minute I walked into the service area. She was very personable and knowledgeable. We went over what I wanted to have done and she said they would get started right away. There were a couple of things the service technician found that would need to be taken care of at some point. I decided to wait till next time. Shannon asked if I would like to have my car washed and I said absolutely I mentioned how the inside windshield was streaked as I couldn’t reach to get it cleaned. When I went to leave I noticed not only did she have the car washed but she cleaned the inside windshield. Everything about my service that day was way above what I’ve experienced at other dealerships! More
