We have bought many cars thru the years at Woodhouse but had never been out to the Infiniti dealership. Cindy Kroll was such a sweetie and the finance guy was super nice too. I had no issues with anything until checkout. I have done every service, new brakes twice, tires etc at this place. At checkout I tried to provide a coupon, in which Infinity had sent me. Apparen I have done every service, new brakes twice, tires etc at this place. At checkout I tried to provide a coupon, in which Infinity had sent me. Apparently, it expired 11 days prior. So instead of saying, hey I will use this anyway and do me a solid, he basically looked at me and said tough xxxx. Not a big deal. 800 for new brakes and an expired coupon. But I will learn and will shop around next time. But service was good otherwise More

Offered a comfortable lounge to wait for my vehicle in, with coffee, beverages, snacks and a variety of seat my car back to the service technicians.
