I'm on my 2nd SUV, the service department is awesome, although my vehicle has never had any real issues. I just got a new Q60, love it, Brandon Hall had it delivered to me, and they walked me through all the new options on it.......that's what I call service. I can't say enough good things about the beautiful show room, the sales people, The over all service is outstanding, I've never been treated better anywhere else in Omaha. Within a week of our first contact I was sitting down to finalize the transaction. Unknowingly, my driver's license had expired, making it impossible for me to drive the car home. Jake offered to deliver it to DesMoines the following day as soon as I emailed a picture of my renewed license. By 3PM we were going over the papers I still needed to sign in a Perkins. This is service that the dealership can use as a model of concern. I cannot speak highly enough of this young man who will go far in this business. When I asked him how long he had worked for Infiniti of Omaha, he said eight years with a big smile and great pride. More
