Staff are wearing Woodhouse shirts in the service department. Am I at Woodhouse or Infinity? Lastly, if you come in with a coupon they don’t read it and try to tack on additional charges for services department. Am I at Woodhouse or Infinity? Lastly, if you come in with a coupon they don’t read it and try to tack on additional charges for services covered under coupon. They seem off put by the correction. And lastly- if you recommend additional services- NO one wants to look at it through a texted link and make a decision to do this work while in for a simple oil change. Honestly, I’m going to consider selling my car and buy a Lexus due to the experiences here. More
