There are two distinct parts to this visit. First, Clark—as always—was exceptional. He remains a cornerstone of the service department: courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. The se First, Clark—as always—was exceptional. He remains a cornerstone of the service department: courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. The second part, however, can only be described as outright exploitation. I have been a loyal Infiniti of Denver customer for over 20 years, yet I was quoted nearly $500 for the replacement of cabin and engine air filters. I declined the service, purchased genuine OEM filters for $40, and replaced them myself in under two minutes—an easier task than refueling the car. This is a simple, tool-free operation that takes a trained technician less than a minute to complete. Choosing to charge such an excessive amount is deeply disappointing and undermines the trust of long-time clients. I would strongly caution any customer—especially women or younger drivers unfamiliar with vehicle maintenance—against relying on this service department without verifying the necessity and fairness of the charges. Infinity of Denver consistently stands out for its exceptional customer service and overall shopping experience, making it one of the best car dealerships in Colorado. From the moment you walk in, the exceptional customer service and overall shopping experience, making it one of the best car dealerships in Colorado. From the moment you walk in, the staff creates a welcoming atmosphere, greeting every customer with genuine friendliness and a no-pressure approach. Sales consultants are highly knowledgeable about the entire Infiniti lineup, taking the time to explain features, performance details, and financing options in a way that feels personalized rather than pushy. The service department is equally impressive—appointments are easy to schedule, wait times are short, and technicians clearly communicate what’s needed and why, so customers feel informed and confident. Whether you’re there for a routine oil change or to purchase a new vehicle, the team goes above and beyond to make the process smooth and enjoyable, offering comfortable waiting areas, clear pricing, and follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction. Their consistent professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for every visitor show that Infinity of Denver prioritizes long-term relationships over quick sales, which is why so many customers recommend it as a trustworthy, top-tier dealership and an overall outstanding store. Had to be to Broke down in the mountains on the second day I had it. I lost the ability to accelerate going up a steep incline with trucks behind me. Had to be towed. Was told it was fixed. It happened again and I nearly got rear ended. Brought it in again and they said they didn’t know what it was. Asked them to trade in for what I originally paid only 4 months prior. They offered a $4,000 loss on the trade in while also asking me to trust them enough to purchase another car in the hopes they would stand behind the safety of their car. Was told that because of depreciation, in the 4 months I’ve had it, was the best offer they were willing to do. It’s been the most stressful car situation I’ve dealt with. I have not had any personal contact with management. Now needing to pursue legal avenues and filing complaint with department of revenue. Unfortunately, I do not recommend them.
