Randy - Sorry to hear about your experience with us. We apologize but INFINITI does not make a separate ballast part on a 2014 QX60. Companies such as RockAuto do not sell to dealerships, therefore, we have no way of getting the aftermarket part needed so we have to sell a full OEM hold light assembly. Also, I sure you know, when a dealership uses aftermarket parts, we are unable to warranty the work. We know it doesn't make it easier on you and for that we are truly sorry. Our Service Manager, Tim would love to discuss more in detail if you would like to call at your earliest convenience, 303-671-6000.
