The dealership worked within my budget and found me a beautiful vehicle that is affordable. The dealership went above and beyond to make certain that I was comfortable. Great Customer Service. Recently had an issue with my car. Reached out to Brian Sudler at I. G. Burton merecedes, with in two minutes he reached out to me with a plan. A Recently had an issue with my car. Reached out to Brian Sudler at I. G. Burton merecedes, with in two minutes he reached out to me with a plan. An Excellent loaner car was dropped off to me at work and my car was picked up at my home and towed, all with in an hour. It was returned to me spic and span the next day. Every one from the manager to the service representative send me emails / texts all along to Keep me informed and updated. I want to make a special mention of Brian. TERRIBLE SERVICE DEPARTMENT IG Burton Mercedes Service dept. was very disappointing. This is my 3rd year dealing with them and I have yet to have a good experience. I truly belie IG Burton Mercedes Service dept. was very disappointing. This is my 3rd year dealing with them and I have yet to have a good experience. I truly believe the issue for me is that we don't go for all of the add on sales that they push. Once they realize it is going to be just a service it turns into a totally different attitude. One time they tried to push/sell us a tire rotation on my wife's 2011 E350 coupe (2wd). My issue is it is not possible to rotate those tires because they are directional and different sizes frt to rear. My thought is that owning a luxury vehicle the dealer would keep the customer happy. As a previous Genesis owner I can say that IG Burton Service could take a lesson on customer service from Genesis. Please understand my issue is only with the service dept.. The Sales and showroom are excellent, could not ask for better service!!! My household has service due on 2 Mercedes within the next 25 days, can you guess who will not be getting our business. More

I was stranded and 85 miles from home. Taking a minute to give a huge THANKS to two people at i.g.Burton Mercedes Benz near Milford De. Mary Helen (Sales) was extremely helpful, and continu Taking a minute to give a huge THANKS to two people at i.g.Burton Mercedes Benz near Milford De. Mary Helen (Sales) was extremely helpful, and continuously offered to go (Literally) out of her way to help me get my car back on the road! Even on her day off ! Christy (Service) listened and helped me make decisions, and got me a new "key" ,at a much better price than I was given locally. although they are a long drive away, I will use this dealership again , for any of my MB needs. BTW ... Worth noting, I did not buy my car there! I bought from a private dealer here at home. They have no realistic reason to think I will ever set foot in their dealership again ... I live 85 miles away! Still, with that known ... they were happy and eager to help me. You don't find that today ... the local dealership wasn't nearly as helpful. I WILL set foot in there again ... I will remember Mary Helen when I'm ready for another car , and I will remember them when I need specialized service. More
