Bad business. Have bought at least 15 vehicles from dealership. Left a deposit on one and they sold it and refuse to return deposit. Have to get attorneys involved. Not Again - Not Ever Again (You Be The Judge) I had an E-Class with electrical issues, one of which left me stranded in an intersection, so they recommended bumping up to the M-Class. March 2018, I had an E-Class with electrical issues, one of which left me stranded in an intersection, so they recommended bumping up to the M-Class. March 2018, I had the vehicle in for service and new tires (mind you - it was only 50,000 miles), when the service department called, "You need new spark plugs", I decline, what a mistake. May 30, 2018, I get an email from the I.G. Burton IT Department - you really need to schedule the replacement of the spark plugs (mind you ALL other car manufacturers recommend that at 100,000 miles). I do not respond. Two days later, my vehicle dies at a light (thank God I wasn't crossing the railroad tracks or crossing an intersection). It would take Mercedes Roadside Garbage Assistance 2 hours to respond with a tow truck. It's 90+ degrees, with my small dog and no water. I.G. Burton doesn't touch my car for 5 days, because according to Ryan in the service department, they were bombarded with a slew of towed in vehicles that same day - not driven in for normal routine service, but rather towed there. So on day 5, I get a call - what do you think caused my car to fail? YEP, I needed new spark plugs!!!! Spark plugs will NOT cause engine failure, ask any mechanic - it causes the car to misfire and ride rough, but it won't cause total failure - as if ALL went bad at the exact same time, BULL! Let's see, a car can be unlocked, started and even manipulated to beat emission testing - so can it actually be programmed to fail? I ponder that very question; and most mechanics have stated "Absolutely Yes." I did some research and a disgruntled former dealership employee "hacked" the client base for his former employer; and he had horns blaring, lights flashing and so much more - you name it. He would later be arrested, but it proves that human manipulation and programming can happen. I demanded to be taken out of this car, whereas PETER (Charles Burton's #1 Go To Guy) insulted me, yet again, with a low ball offer to buy mine, after I had spent thousands in unnecessary repairs and spent thousands on my down payments between three purchased vehicles from this dealership. I would NEVER recommend I.G. Burton. If you value your business - you should start by placing value on your customers. More

I have purchased a certified ML350 and have spend over $40K at this dealer inclusive of extended I am sure people at IG Burton are fine but services. I have purchased a certified ML350 and have spend over $40K at this dealer inclusive of extended warranties on vehicle and windshield. I also purchased nano spray. Certified ML350 supposed to be thoroughly cleaned or detailed cleaned but it was not. I have requested for detailed cleaning more than twice including correspondence via email but they have failed to do the detailed cleaning. The vehicle went for first servicing after a week after the purchase. The service manager did not want to say Yes or No for my questions but asked me to call "Pete' in sales operations. This gentlemen returned the call, promised to get things done but detailed cleaning was never done. I also doubt about Nano spray, where I spend over $900 for this service. This is my third Mercedes and always got a great service from dealers like Ray Catena and MB of Wilmington. It is little bit disappointing to know IG Burton Mercedes dealer does not meet the standards. I am writing this review after 30+ days of purchase. More
