Replacing glovebox - short job that took 3 hours UNACCEPTABLE!! Why make appointment times if that’s the way you run the shop? When questioned management had a lame excuse as to delay. Last August my car broke down in DE. I had to take it to the dealer for a new gas pump. I was told I needed a water pump and thermostat and had to wait for the parts to come from CA. I had to take it to the dealer for a new gas pump. I was told I needed a water pump and thermostat and had to wait for the parts to come from CA. After two weeks my car was finally ready and an over $6,000 bill which my regular Mercedes dealer told me that was way too much. To add insult to injury they broke part of exhaust system in the front (It came back with a chunk missing), they damaged a tube from the oil compartment putting in the water pump which now causes an oil leak AND my Louie Vuitton wristlet was stolen from the side door compartment. I use that wristlet to put my keys while jogging. The service lady was pleasant, but they need to retrain their mechanics and have cameras on them so they don't take things that don't belong to them! More
