Drove over 300mi with terminally I'll passenger on oxygen. Fuel pump went out 9 mi. From dealership. Chad delayed his lunch hour to see that our problem was diagnosed. Chad arranged for tow service and a loner vehicle so we could get back home until mine was repaired. He went out of his way to help us and was very professional.
