The service department is over booking appointments knowing they are under staffed. This is undermining the purpose of Appointment setting. Very satisfied with I10 toyota Customer service! We bought our third car from here. This time it was a pre-owned vehicle from the Used Car department for my daughter's first car. Our salespersons Luis bought our third car from here. This time it was a pre-owned vehicle from the Used Car department for my daughter's first car. Our salespersons Luis Carreon and Noah Goebel were very knowledgeable on showing my daughter every detail of the vehicle. Especially the Manager Shah he made the process of buying a car so easy. I will definitely be coming back to purchase another vehicle. More

As my car got ol After purchasing my first Toyota here in 2007, I thought I would be a lifelong customer as I had the best experience and a great car. As my car got older, I was worried about issues and decided to trade it in after a call from Toyota that they would buyback my Prius. I bought a 2014 RAV4, what a mistake. I have had to bring it back to the dealership over 14 times for issues and repairs since June of 2014. Defective driver's seat, defective sunroof, air bag issues, and now rattles and clanking noises all over the car. Neither service manager seem to think this is a problem and continue to say "keep bringing it back" and we'll keep fixing it under warranty. How many times is it reasonable to have to return a brand new car back to the dealership the first year? I am so disappointed and frustrated. I will be returning to the dealership again next week for another round because they still have been unable to provide me with the quality car that I thought I was buying from Toyota. 5 stars to service advisers and shuttle staff, they are wonderful! I hope other people have the original experience I did when I purchased my first car back in 2007. It was what made me come back to this dealership, which I now sincerely regret. More
