I sold my 2018 Lexus LS500 to I-10 Toyota. The dealer had submitted a generous online quote for my car. I was helped by the Used Car Manager, Tommy Lacerra, as soon as I arrived for my appointment. The paperwork was quick and easy, and I had a check in my hand in a few minutes. Mr. Lacerra, and I-10 Toyota, honored their online quote without issue. I had a great experience with I-10 Toyota. Well done.

Tried to but a Tacoma from this dealership. After working towards a deal, the salesman, Jacob Chavez, stated they don't make deals for non-locals. I guess they like to have cars on their lot instead of selling them. Wound up buying my truck from Longo Toyota. There is a reason they are the number one dealer and you guys will never be. Ironically, I don't see Jacob's name on your website anymore after last weekend. Hopefully if he is gone, you will make more sales.

Always upsells service. Wants to fix things that aren't broken. Checked red boxes for tires wearing uneven. Tires were new.

The service department is over booking appointments knowing they are under staffed. This is undermining the purpose of Appointment setting. Service manger should be accountable for these practices. This is a reoccurring every time I come here. Very inconsiderate of people’s time regardless of a pandemic this is just poor management by service manager Cindy Ponce.

Very satisfied with I10 toyota Customer service! We bought our third car from here. This time it was a pre-owned vehicle from the Used Car department for my daughter's first car. Our salespersons Luis Carreon and Noah Goebel were very knowledgeable on showing my daughter every detail of the vehicle. Especially the Manager Shah he made the process of buying a car so easy. I will definitely be coming back to purchase another vehicle.

Service department is a consistent disappointment. Refused to let me know when the car would be expected after it was later than indicated. Requested an approximation because a family member had an accident and the tech refused. Very caring place
