Pat not only worked out the numbers with Jim, she found the exact vehicle my wife wanted. I wanted this to be a surprise for my 20th wedding anniversary and wanted the car at home while my wife was out of town and she accomplished that. I would never buy a car from someone else. Roberta in service is a gem, what a pleasure to deal with her in service and Mike in service has great rapport with customers as well. Pat, the GM, and Jim in finance were prompt, cordial and efficient. One thing to add...bring back the "5 oil changes and get 1 free" program....this is a great incentive. More

Thought it was strange that their meeting was when customers start coming in, not before business hours. We could have left, but we waited because we wanted to see a car we had our eye on. So what should have taken about 2 maybe 3 hour the most, turned out being 5 hours at the dealership. It wasn't like our credit was bad, we both have excellent credit. More
