This is because of pushy, inept sales people, the whole having to talk to my manager deal and the finance wizard trying to sale you more stuff you don't need after you just dropped 20 to 30 grand.... Today I never got any of that. Nicolette had knowledge and personality beyond compare, just an outstanding amount of ethic. Pat (I believe the manager) great hands on down to earth guy. Made me very comfortable. And last but not least Jim in finance. Cool. Spent more time talking about our families and friends and the economy then buying the car or unneeded options. Even offered to bring my kid in to give him some free financial advice. Honestly my best overall experience at a dealership. Just hope the car is half as good as the Dealership. More

I had gone over everything with Brad on the test drive, and then I had to go over it again twice with another associate who's name I don't remember. He explained it all again in great detail in the building and again while in the car pairing my phone. It was excessive. Had I been a novice that never used a car, this may have been helpful, but I knew almost everything already. More
