Exceptional customer service!! I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 5/15/17 with Dave Frye as my salesman. I was satisfied with the deal. On 5/22/17, my vehicle was totalled by I purchased a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee on 5/15/17 with Dave Frye as my salesman. I was satisfied with the deal. On 5/22/17, my vehicle was totalled by a uninsured motorist. After assistance from Dave & Jim Miller assembling and taking care of GAP insurance claim, etc., I returned to replace the dead Jeep. Dave was great in listening to my concerns, needs and most importantly, my wants. Very patient salesman. He helped me negotiate a good deal on the replacement vehicle, 2015 Jeep Cherokee, Limited. No pressure and did a great job in making sure I was satisfied with the new purchase. Still owes me a car wash. Everyone that I had dealings with was fantastic.
