Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable staff - This is my second purchase at this dealership. The first car was purchased quickly because I had just returned from living overseas. She listened to my needs and matched me with the type of car I thought I needed and showed me those that were in my price range. I had the car for 3 years and stayed in touch with questions I had about service, etc. She always got back to me quickly with positive, objective answers. Now, I needed a different type of vehicle to match my changing physical needs. I gave her my expectations and she matched them perfectly. Again I was impressed with the knowledge of the features of the car. Pat did not ever oversell or glorify anything about the transaction. She just knew her product and wanted to meet my needs. They were able to take my estimated financial situation (credit score, spending limit, monthly payment) and show me only vehicles that would work with me instead of something that would cause me potential hardship. Everyone I encountered was super nice and courteous! They made my experience so much better than I anticipated! More

Terrible service, took my car in Twice to get fixed and they didn’t fix the problem after I told them TWICE what it was. Went on to replace my alternator and b service, took my car in Twice to get fixed and they didn’t fix the problem after I told them TWICE what it was. Amazing service!!!!! I was in Desperate need of a new vehicle as my old one was involved in an accident.
