Our terrible lemon of a car finally keeled over and we needed a vehicle badly. After being harassed by overfriendly, pushy sale persons from other dealerships, we came to Hyundai and found Jose. He was su needed a vehicle badly. After being harassed by overfriendly, pushy sale persons from other dealerships, we came to Hyundai and found Jose. He was super cool from the get-go and didn't leap out of the car fearing his life during the test drive where we made sure the car could handle the tight turns my work's parking lot offers. He also didn't throw us out of Hyundai or stop answering our phone calls when we came forth with every stupid scenario and question we could think of! The real mvp right there! Jose, my dude, you the best! Jokes aside, we really appreciated Jose's help and patience for our first real car buying experience. We changed our minds a million times, called and asked a million questions, showed up at the dealership and asked a million questions, and he came back at us with patience and professionalism. If he didn't know an answer to our questions, he worked to find us an answer. We dreaded the actual purchase day itself but he made sure the process was smooth and easy, even buying us a wireless phone charger so we can be lazy and chuck the phone into the car to charge. We really appreciated Jose for all his help and when it comes time to replace our other Trash on Wheels, we will ONLY go to Jose. Thank you so much for your help! More
