AJ is the best service person EVER! !! I've gone to this location for over 4 years now and he ALWAYS handles me like a first class passenger!!! I appreciate him and he is the ONLY reason !! Sales dept good. Service dept very bad. Bought a car and was told it was serviced yet fluids weren’t filled and not sure the oil was even changed because the mileage Service dept very bad. Bought a car and was told it was serviced yet fluids weren’t filled and not sure the oil was even changed because the mileage wasn’t reset and the old sticker was left on. Also the old owners data was still in the cars system so I had to reset everything. Have bought 3 cars here and have had a good experience with sales but never with the service department. Regularly wait 2 or 3 hours for and oil change with an appointment. Not acceptable. More
