We had a bad situation with our Hyundai. I read the reviews of all the Hyundai dealerships and Wesley Chapel stood out. Anthony was fantastic. Everything was handled quickly and with constant communication. I would definitely recommend this dealership for any work you need done. More

I had a bit of an emergency with Santa Fe Sport on the highway (deterioration of engine power). I was able to get my vehicle safely to the dealership. My regular service rep Salene was working today and requested her. I explained the “unique” situation and asked if she could somehow get my vehicle looked at … no matter how long the wait. (They were QUITE backed up with plenty of vehicles). Selene talked to Ivan (the senior mechanic) about my vehicle and agreed to look at it. There was definitely a problem that might need corporate approval. Ivan performed some kind of test, which it passed and then installed a software update that seemed to fix the problem ! While I was there, I had some routine maintenance done and was on my way. THANK YOU Selene and Ivan !! You SAVED me from a financial nightmare !! Every time I visit this dealership they never dissapoint. When I pulled in the guys that fills the windshield washer fluid remembered me. I was impressed and happy. Marvin is a ROCKSTAR! He greated me and my children as soon as we walked in. Knew what I was there for. Checked on us throughout the time we waited. The lobby and restrooms were very clean. There was stocked water... coffee and snacks for everyone. There was a charging station for the kids to get more juice on their electronics while we waited. It was an amazing experience. All the staff is always friendly. The prices for 4 brand new tires was phenomenal. This is the only place I will ever let service my vehicle. Thanks guys. Keep up the great work! More
