If I could give 0 stars I would. I don't know who Mark Salerno is. Never met him or spoke to him and not sure why he is indicated on this survey. I worked with some named Marvin and I don't know who Mark Salerno is. Never met him or spoke to him and not sure why he is indicated on this survey. I worked with some named Marvin and the Manager Jose. This was by far the worst experience I've had at any dealership service department. The communication was seriously lacking. The expectations were not set. I needed a rental car since it was going to take longer than a week to fix my car. Again, this info was not communicated with me. Went into the dealership to pick up a rental after the hassle of trying to get in touch with someone for DAYS . Was told by Tom I could go to pick up a rental at 7am. When I arrived I was informed by the manager, Jose, the employee who completes the rental paperwork would not be in until 8am. Another lack of communication. The team does not know who to communicate, does not know what is going on with their customers. Horrible experience. I was left wondering if everyone who works there is high or if they just need a better computer system to take notes and record details about their customers and their vehicles. More
The dealership sold me a car with a bad alternator. Justin had my vehicle 3 days and told me all systems were fine. I took my car to a Nissan dealership up the street. The recommended psi for the tires on my 2016 Altima is 33psi. They had 40 psi in the tires More

I’ve been this dealership twice for included oil changes and tire rotations for the first 3 years. 1st visit. Alleged that all maintenance checks were done, but air pressure in all tires was between 28 and tire rotations for the first 3 years. 1st visit. Alleged that all maintenance checks were done, but air pressure in all tires was between 28 and 30. They never checked it. 2nd visit. Worse. I have a receipt saying they did tire rotation but that wasn’t done. Front right tire rim is marked and was still on front right tire. So. This is just what I know. How do I know they even changed my oil or checked fluids? I don’t. They have an integrity problem. More
