My experience at Wesley Chapel Hyundai was not good at all! The service department people absolutely lied to me and printed lies on my bill. They were supposed to do a front end alignment and gave me back all! The service department people absolutely lied to me and printed lies on my bill. They were supposed to do a front end alignment and gave me back my car without the alignment done. They also replaced a tire with 42 pounds of pressure which that amount of pressure is extremely unsafe, and lied to me that the tires were equaled in pressure. And that lie was also printed on my bill. They said they set the clock which was also printed on the bill. But not done. I had to drive back there 38 miles from my home for another 3 hours the next day for them to correct all this. All this is very poor business and has caused me a tremendous amount of stress! This is the most absurd thing I have ever experienced before at any repair garage, even the cheapest places! More
