They were supposed to have a rental car available but didn’t. However the service manager got us connected to Enterprise so we could get a car. We were able to make our oncology appointment. They were nice and respectful, however it was frustrating there was so much confusion. They said they checked everything and two days after I had my engine lights come up, which was worrisome. Today, my car wouldn’t start. My battery was dead and I had to call my insurance for roadside assistance. When I called the Hyundai of Wesley chapel dealership, they said checking the battery is not part of the usual inspection. However, the forms I have after visiting say my battery was checked and all good. I was looking at purchasing another vehicle, a Santa Fe but this experience has really frustrated me to even want to bring my car back to get checked out. I’m wondering what else might have been overlooked? More
Called twice never received a call back, I had to ask to speak to a manager in order to get someone to work on my car. When I pick it up it was filthy on the outside ,inside I found all my documents and cd speak to a manager in order to get someone to work on my car. Brought my vehicle in for a 5000 mile checkup. Met with Martin in the garage area. Was assured that the car would be taken care of in a timely manner.
