We had a bad situation with our Hyundai. I read the reviews of all the Hyundai dealerships and Wesley Chapel stood out. Anthony was fantastic. We towed the car in and they started all the tests that same day. In fact Anthony called with the approval from Hyundai to do the warranty work and change the engine. Two weeks later it was done. Everything was handled quickly and with constant communication. I would definitely recommend this dealership for any work you need done. More

I had a bit of an emergency with Santa Fe Sport on the highway (deterioration of engine power). I was able to get my vehicle safely to the dealership. My regular service rep Salene was working today and r highway (deterioration of engine power). I was able to get my vehicle safely to the dealership. My regular service rep Salene was working today and requested her. I explained the “unique” situation and asked if she could somehow get my vehicle looked at … no matter how long the wait. (They were QUITE backed up with plenty of vehicles). Selene talked to Ivan (the senior mechanic) about my vehicle and agreed to look at it. There was definitely a problem that might need corporate approval. Ivan performed some kind of test, which it passed and then installed a software update that seemed to fix the problem ! While I was there, I had some routine maintenance done and was on my way. THANK YOU Selene and Ivan !! You SAVED me from a financial nightmare !! KUDOS for an EXCELLENT job, not only for repair/maintenance … but for OVERALL customer service !! Thank you 🙏 again !! - Steve L. More
