I did not purchase my vehicle here, but I took it in for service on recalls, and for an oil change and tire rotation. They did not have the part for one of the recalls so I had to return, but the service wa service on recalls, and for an oil change and tire rotation. Last time for service work I took my Santa y to Courtesy Hyundai of Tampa, at my appointment time I was early and told 2-3 hours. Well 4 1/2 hours later they told me another 1/2 hour.
