Brianna was not my contact person. Jasmin was and she did a good job. But communication with the service dept was the worst I’ve ever encountered. No communication via phone or email Jasmin was and she did a good job. But communication with the service dept was the worst I’ve ever encountered. No communication via phone or email for days. They claimed one day that the phones weren’t working. The next day when I asked why they didn’t email me they said now the internet wasn’t working. Phone calls not answered nor vm returned. The estimate for the repair was over twice what one would pay anywhere else. (I called and got estimates). I bought my car there and have used the service dept for over 10 years. I will not be back. One positive - the Lyft service is a great convenience Another positive - Jeremy the mechanic was great in describing the problems with my car. More

Amazing service from everyone but especially Saleena from the service dept. She has been great with communication. Everyone has been understanding and really hearing our concerns and needs.
