My last visit was to diagnose an engine misfire. I’m not fully satisfied with the outcome of the diagnosis because it was too generic, They ended up recommending replacement of all parts which could I’m not fully satisfied with the outcome of the diagnosis because it was too generic, They ended up recommending replacement of all parts which could have caused the misfire (spark plugs, ignition coils, pcv valve and fuel injector cleaning and engine filter), but they didn’t pinpoint the extract issue. I expected technician to identify the extract root cause where the issue is after paying 179+tax and fees as diagnose fee. Because my OBD2 reader also provided the same diagnosis which could produce a misfire. So I feel I wasted roughly $200. More
