Fantastic, fun car buying experience I had been looking at cars for a looong time. I do not like the car buying process, at all. Spending that amount of money makes me nervous. I found a car I might like, texted him a bit, and he was honest and upfront about the fees, and patiently answered all my questions. When I went in, he was so friendly, and really fun. He put my mom and sister at ease immediately (did I mention I hate buying cars? I needed support.). He had the car ready for me to test drive. The entire time, he was patient, and managed to make me feel relaxed. At no time did I feel pressured, or like he was trying to deceive me. I can't say I enjoy the car buying process now, but we had a great time with Joe, and I would recommend him and this dealership to anyone. More
