He is the best - he listened to us and what exactly we were looking for in each car we purchased. I really didn't want to buy a car when I came in last week - I was there to see about why my car was stalling, but after the mechanics looked at it, it was going to cost more than what it would be worth, so while we were deciding on just what to do, Michael came out (now the new Finance Manager) and turned us over to Nathan Blackburn to help us make a decision. This guy really had his work cut out for him, as I said purchasing a car that day was not in my thought process, but he stayed with me (even through my tears and frustration) and answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I am now the proud owner of a 2020 Hyundai Tuscon and love it. Kudos to your staff at Hyundai of New Port Richey. I always feel good knowing that every time I come there, they still have the same people they had the first time I walked in the showroom (7 years ago). That in itself says a lot. More
