Disappointed.this is why many go out of town I had seen a vehicle online I was interested in and called to setup a meeting to test drive the vehicle. I arrived a couple of days prior to this beca I had seen a vehicle online I was interested in and called to setup a meeting to test drive the vehicle. I arrived a couple of days prior to this because I was anxious to see the vehicle. When I arrived, the vehicle had already been sold and there were no other ones on the lot, no one called to inform me or follow up with me. I inquired about the vehicle and was told I could have one ordered and it would be in within 24 hours, at most 72, so after negotiating with Chris we purchased the vehicle. While signing the papers the paperwork said vehicle would have less than100 miles on it. It did not arrive until Tuesday, and I had to be the one calling several times to be sure it was ready. I was told on Monday it would be ready to pick up by 3:30 no problem, so I left work early and called while I was heading there and was told the vehicle was not ready (after talking to several employees who just continued to pass the phone around). Same thing happened until Tuesday when I told them if it wasn't in by 6PM, that the papers would need to be voided because it was against the terms; the vehicle was in and for the first time Rebekah called me. On Wednesday they brought the papers for my husband to sign because he was at work when I came in, well the paperwork did not math the ones we had discussed and the man who brought them was unclear of the information and he said there was more for me to sign( and the people I signed with and picked up the car from knew I was going away for a work conference out of town), my husband did not sign the papers and we had to call and ask when we could come sign because no one bothered to contact us. We went to sign the paperwork a few days later and I did have to sign more paperwork. I guess my complaint is unorganized, unprofessional, lazy. Some of the employees were sociable to talk with and carry on a conversation but I was not there to make a friend I could hang out with... I was there to purchase a vehicle and hopefully have a place to do future business, but I'm sorry to say that is not the case. More

I bought 2017 Hyundai Elantra Service was good just took extremely too long. Clinton was great very friendly and did what he could to help me. John Reyes also worked hard to make sure my financial requirements could be met. This is in stark contrast to the Ford dealership, who did not work with me at all in the financial aspects of the would-be sale of a comparably priced mustang just weeks earlier. More
