REALLY?? Still no word on an engine - Buy American with American parts... Hyundai builds in Korea and I guess no one can speak Korean in La Quinta and get an engine for my car. WORST EXPERIENCE , WORST SERVICE, Try FORD next time. More

His name was Ian McHenry and was a few months on the job of new car sales. He is well educated and carries himself professionally and easily in this environment. Only the BEST for me These days the term 'Customer Service' is almost extinct! Most aren't even aware of its true meaning. As a Management Agent, I understand the extreme These days the term 'Customer Service' is almost extinct! Most aren't even aware of its true meaning. As a Management Agent, I understand the extreme value of 'Customer Service' for a company - short-term AND long-term. Additionally, I know that good LISTENing skills are a MUST to take Customer Service to its maximum level (too many fall short). Too often, companies are in a rush to push their products for that almighty dollar, that they forget the humanity behind the job and the sale...not so at Hyundai of La Quinta (HoLQ) - especially Yvonne W. It took me over 3 months (and contact with 6 different car manufacturers - Foreign and American) to make my final decision - though I would not recommend that for everyone =) I had special needs that I had to address, and in the end, it was obvious that HoLQ was perfect my options and needs. Over the 3 months, HoLQ / Yvonne stayed in contact with me, and never pushed - was 'always there' for me and my many questions. When I was finally ready, and after several on-line and over-the-phone chats (MY issues, not theirs), I finally made my way to the dealership. I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner by everyone from the moment I arrived on property, and I did not feel as if it were a 'vulture fest' at any time. [As a side note: it was good to see smiles on so many faces - it was obvious that they enjoyed their work and the company they work for. Wonder if other companies know how important this is for a business's reputation??] Yvonne was extremely patient with me over the 3 hours I spent at the dealership (even though it went a little beyond her time to go home). I was given several options, which surprised me, as under my certain circumstances I thought that I would have been given only a very limited amount (if any at all). The Finance Department and Manager did not, at any time, try the 'hard sell' and were very kind and respectful (a BIG issue in my book). I did not, at any time, feel as though I was being rushed or forced nor that I was just 'another sale' - true humanity! Ultimately, I drove home with a brand new vehicle, all within MY particular needs and requirements. I, of course, got the best warranty ever (believe me, I have done my research, and it IS the best)! =) As my drive from the dealership to home was almost 2 hours, they made sure I had a full tank of gas, the tires were all checked and filled, and the entire car was checked and serviced (engine, interior, exterior, etc) - though I must admit, I noticed this was a standard procedure (a GREAT one I may add) that they provide to each and every person that purchased a vehicle from their lot (YES I 'saw' a lot the entire time I was there!). The follow-up, and the Thank You's, have been awesome but not over-done! Its nice to feel that one is appreciated - big or small. I felt very much welcome and appreciated just for being ME, and that is rare these days. I would HIGHLY recommend Hyundai of La Quinta (and Yvonne) to anyone who wants the best experience EVER (and of course a great vehicle and the BEST warranty ever) - be they interested in a new OR per-owned vehicle. Thank you Hyundai of La Quinta. Thank you Yvonne, I can't say how very important it was to me that someone LISTEN to me and my needs - and you did just that. Additionally, I totally appreciate the respect that all at the dealership showed to me. More

We were on the fence of picking a MB or BMW, but after a quick glance at the Genisis, that glance became the choice. Not only did the car impress me, but our internet sales person Doug bent over backwards to make the whole car buying process painless and fast. More
