I had been looking for a new car for some time. I didn't know what kind of car that I wanted. I knew that I wanted style, sophistication, value. I began looking at ads and searching the web to find that H know what kind of car that I wanted. I knew that I wanted style, sophistication, value. I began looking at ads and searching the web to find that Hyundai was very well rated and looked as though it would fit perfectly into my lifestyle. I test drove an Azera and I was pleasantly surprised to find that it was sophisticated, had plenty of style and bells and whistles that I love. The size was perfect for my needs. I had a price in mind that I wanted to pay. I e-mailed Hyundai of Keene on a Sunday evening and Monday when I arrived at the office, much to my surprise there was a response waiting for me. I e-mailed that I was extremely busy and would it be OK to e-mail back and forth and my Sales Person immediately said yes, that is perfectly fine. I provided my wish list and my druthers and within a day I was driving home in my beautiful new car. Henry explained the car from one end to the other. He was so very patient and answered my silly little questions without making me feel awkward. The price that I had in mind was exactly the price that I was quoted on this automobile. There was not one second of haggle. I was a little hesitant with regard to the winter coming and the car's performance, however, I have seen 4-wheel drive vehicles off the road as I pass by without so much as a slip or slide. I am extremely comfortable in this car and have enjoyed driving it every day. No matter what the weather (and we have had some VERY special weather this year) I have had not one problem getting from point A to point B. I am very happy that I made this choice. The Team at Hyundai of Keene have made me feel so very important. Each of the Sales Team as well as the Service Department has greeted me via e-mail or sent me a note welcoming me to their Dealership. It has truly been a wonderful experience. This Dealership is truly geared to providing excellence in Customer Service. I would recommend all to try this Dealership and receive the same welcome and great deal that I did. Service has been excellent, and the prices on service are less than my previous car as well. Browsing online for a car, I decided to check out a Hyundai Elantra Touring to replace a well loved and well used Hyundai Santa Fe. Kenney was respectful to the fact that I requested that all contact be through email. As I live an hour from the dealership, He offered to bring the car to me for a test drive - but I chose to visit the dealership where every team member made my purchase experience enjoyable. An hour is a bit far to travel for routine service- but months after my purchase I returned to Hyundai of Keene (for warranty replacement of prematurely worn floor mats)This issue was handled flawlessly by the parts department. (I had called about the issue and replacement mats were immediately ordered. I then received a call when the mats arrived) It was a pleasure to see Kenney again! He checked in with me to make sure I am a satisfied customer- and I definitely am! More

Also, the dealership didn't have the exact model I was looking for, but they very quickly tracked one down and drove it to Keene within two days. I have had a few service appointments (inspection, oil changes, etc.) since June and I have been very pleased with the service department as well. I find it easy to fit in appointments and the wait time is usually very accurate. Overall, I would highly recommend Hyundai of Keene! More
