He took down all the information on what I wanted: make, model, color, interior, approximate year, etc. And it didn't matter that I wasn't looking for a Hyundai. He said he'd call when they located something. Imagine my surprise when he called just a couple of days later and said that he'd found exactly what I was looking for! They brought the car up from NJ so that I could check it out and test drive it -- with no strings. If it wasn't what I wanted, I was not obligated in any way. Needless to say, it was exactly what I wanted! Closing on the car was very easy. Kenney and Alex were very helpful, polite and professional. They are the epitome of what a good car dealer should be! I had a great experience at the Hyundai dealership in Keene/Swanzey. The Honda brothers (both dealerships are owned by the same person) came across as typical auto dealers trying to corner me and coax me Keene/Swanzey. I got a great deal on the 2009 Hyundai Elantra, with a few grands in customer & dealer cash rebates. I contacted this dealership for a quote and brought my trade-in vehicle to be appraised. The salesman provided all the information I requested in a timely manner, but I went with a lower-priced competito trade-in vehicle to be appraised.
