He diligently asked me what features were most important to me and then, with help of Jeremy and Zak, was able to get me into my preferred choice at a price that I could afford. Dave is very knowledgeable about the technology, worked quickly to answer my questions and we were able to turn in the old car and drive away with the new car same afternoon.
