It has been almost a year since I bought my Hyundai. I have bought several vehicles over the years, and this was by far my most enjoyable car purchasing experience. Service has been excellent, and the prices on service are less than my previous car as well. Browsing online for a car, I decided to check out a Hyundai Elantra Touring to replace a well loved and well used Hyundai Santa Fe. As I live an hour from the dealership, He offered to bring the car to me for a test drive - but I chose to visit the dealership where every team member made my purchase experience enjoyable. An hour is a bit far to travel for routine service- but months after my purchase I returned to Hyundai of Keene (for warranty replacement of prematurely worn floor mats)This issue was handled flawlessly by the parts department. (I had called about the issue and replacement mats were immediately ordered. I then received a call when the mats arrived) It was a pleasure to see Kenney again! He checked in with me to make sure I am a satisfied customer- and I definitely am! More

In fact, it was impossible to negotiate with him because his initial offer was so good. Also, the dealership didn't have the exact model I was looking for, but they very quickly tracked one down and drove it to Keene within two days. I have had a few service appointments (inspection, oil changes, etc.) since June and I have been very pleased with the service department as well. I find it easy to fit in appointments and the wait time is usually very accurate. Overall, I would highly recommend Hyundai of Keene! More

Everyone at the Dealership was great. Starting with the gentleman and Salesperson Dan Jenkins, who held the door open for me when we arrived at the Hyundai Store. I was looking for a Lexus SUV used. Dan Jenkins informed me they had 300 used cars to select from. I didn't have very good credit either. Dan informed me they had over 40 different lenders on hand to get me approved, with the best rate and terms out there. I ended up getting the a much lower interest rate, and lower payments then I expected. They were able to give me a full Bummper to Bumper extended Warranty included in the loan. I drove the Lexus off the lot that day. I found out the next day at work they sold me the Lexus way under NADA book value. Being a single Women, it was nice not having a Dealership take advantage of me. There was not pressure put on me. I look forward to my next puchase at Hyundai Of Keene. Inara Serra More

He took down all the information on what I wanted: make, model, color, interior, approximate year, etc. And it didn't matter that I wasn't looking for a Hyundai. He said he'd call when they located something. Imagine my surprise when he called just a couple of days later and said that he'd found exactly what I was looking for! They brought the car up from NJ so that I could check it out and test drive it -- with no strings. If it wasn't what I wanted, I was not obligated in any way. Needless to say, it was exactly what I wanted! Closing on the car was very easy. Kenney and Alex were very helpful, polite and professional. They are the epitome of what a good car dealer should be!
