The only reason I would ever recommend this dealership is because of the Service Manager Scott Ploskonka. He is by far the best salesman they have. The sole reason of me purchasing a vehicle from Hyundai of Keene was because he works there and I know from my family having 6 Hyundais that they are reliable vehicles. I knew with him as my service adviser, and a reliable newer Hyundai, I'd be in a better spot than I was. The fact that I had to deal with the sales team of Kenney and Alan was something with which I had to suffer in order to reach my ultimate goal. I will give the Sales Manager Harley some credit for giving me a good trade-in value for my old car, but after that the experience was awful. Alan was beyond rude with any negotiating I was trying to do, and quickly shot down any counteroffer I brought to the table to try to make buying this new car a little more doable. Kenney was essentially following in Alan's footsteps, more worried about the bottom dollar than my financial position. The administrative fees, essentially the cost of doing business, are something my mother has never paid, with all of the new cars she's ever bought. This wasn't even considered by Kenney, and when he would not move $25 off the price of the car, I eventually told him to take just $10 off even so I wasn't paying full retail price. Of course, when I went to Alex for him to type up and have me sign all of the paperwork, this agreed price was not reflected on the final sales bill. Also added in was an additional $50 fee that was never mentioned, which the loan company requires. It would have been nice knowing about this fee, and not waiting until it was time to sign to realize that I was paying more money than what I was told. I know what the administrative fees, and would always agree to pay the cost to get the title from the State, etc. But I don't need to pay any money for the cost of doing paperwork. I'm a claims adjuster and I have a customer that damages a rental car, we never pay Enterprise the $150 administrative fee. We don't owe them the cost of them doing business. The fact that Hyundai of Keene tries to defend themselves by putting up a blurb about the administrative fees on their website is nothing short of a scam, and anyone with integrity would explain these fees when the customer and salesman is agreeing on the price of the vehicle. Furthermore, when my wife and I were sitting in front of Alex Miller, the finance manager, it felt like it was his first day on the job, fumbling through unorganized paperwork and stumbling to get everything in the correct order. Aside from Scott Ploskonka, there is no other reason I have to go back to Hyundai of Keene. In speaking with someone who worked for the Fenton Family Dealerships, this sentiment is only confirmed, as I'm afraid my experience is becoming the norm for someone who is looking to be treated fairly and actually have their needs considered. My husband and I went to a few other dealerships in the area and had no luck.. We decided to try Hyundia of Keene. It was the best decision we made!!! This dealership was very friendly, fast and efficient. I told them what I needed, and what I was looking for and they catered to my needs. Being on a budget, they also worked with me to achieve a price that told them what I needed, and what I was looking for and they catered to my needs. My experience with a dealership has never been more pleasant, or more simple than Hyundai of Keene. The employees were professional and helpful, without being overbearing or pushy. I purchased a 2008 Jeep Liberty Renegade at an outstanding price, and they were so eager to get it down to the price that was affordable for me. They in fact, let me take the car overnight, and also filled the gas tank before I picked it up. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership as the staff, prices, and overall atmosphere was phenomenal! More

Dealership insists it's only seal so they try to "fix" it -FLAT SPARE TIRE ISSUE CONTINUED & after keeping on them, 10 months later they finally gave me a new tire. -Notice TRANSMISSION issue, but unsure at time what's going on -To my despair TRANSMISSION PROBLEMS WORSEN in severity to point where car is halting/bucking while driving -Dealership states it needs a TRANSMISSION OIL CHANGE since oil is very dirty, as well as clearing memory…well why was this not done prior to buying it a few months/a few 100 miles earlier? Makes me PAY for TRANSMISSION OIL CHANGE only several months after purchase -TRANSMISSION PROBLEM pops up again -FAILS INSPECTION 2ND TIME 1year later -Dealership takes car back; CHARGES to have the inspection issue fixed; BUT NOTHING CAN BE DONE ABOUT TRANSMISSION -Dealership states that HYUNDAI tells them a FEW OTHERS HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE BUT ISSUE UNRESOLVED -Still dealing with difficulty of dealership & a transmission issue Overall the experience starts off good when things are going well, but as soon as issues popped up and I had to deal with them in regards to ANY of the above issues, I found the customer service to be very rude and Scott would often state false statements about my car and be ready to argue my issues at hand. I would expect to have great customer service coming from a family dealership and especially helping me to quickly remedy the issues where they were responsible. More
