He did not speak too quickly, and he made excellent eye contact with both of us (Some sales people only make eye contact with the man.). I was quite sick with bronchitis the first time we stopped by. Chris was very empathetic making sure I had tea to help me feel better. Yes, we did buy a new Santa Fe. Again, Chris was an excellent teacher when he explained all the new features making sure we understood everything before we drove away.
