Loving My Decision I knew it was the best time to trade my 7 year old vehicle, to reap the most equity I could for a trade-in on a new car. The Hyundai Veloster is the first vehicle I have seen in years that made my head turn when it would pass me by. After a little research online, we (my boyfriend and I) stopped by the Keene Hyundai Dealership. The rest is history. A very pleasant young lady named Cathy, communicated with me several times via phone to set up a test drive, and it was pretty much love at first site. From Cathy's calls to the pleasant, friendly professionalism of Mike, Sean, and Brian, the whole experience was a delight. I love my new car and I am so pleased to have found Hyundai of Keene. My overall experience was wonderful. The discussion about a new car started when I brought my 2009 Hyundai Elantra in for servicing. After chatting with Scott Ploskonka (Scott has been wonderful from about a new car started when I brought my 2009 Hyundai Elantra in for servicing. After chatting with Scott Ploskonka (Scott has been wonderful from the beginning when I had my 2009 Elantra serviced and continues to treat customers very professionally) he directed me to Sean to discuss trading in my Elantra. When I came back that evening to pick up my car, Sean Singleton assisted me with a few cars to test drive. He introduced me to Chris Ekblom who also assisted me in the process of test driving a few cars. Both gentlemen were extremely helpful, friendly and very professional. It was an easy decision for me as to which car I was going to purchase. That same evening Sean and I discussed financing briefly, having him fill me in on the steps that needed to be taken to make the purchase happen. I also told Sean what I was interested in as far as color, both outside and interior and he said there would not be a problem in locating the car. And there was not. By Friday evening the car that I wanted was waiting for me at the Hyundai of Keene dealership, ready to go. As far as the financing process, I could not have asked for it to go any smoother. Brian Battersby was wonderful as well. He had a good portion of the paperwork filled out before I arrived and the rest of the process went extremely smoothly. He explained everything in detail and I felt confident about my purchase when I left the facility. He was friendly, witty and extremely professional. When it was time to leave with my new car, Chris took the time and showed me all the details of the car, assisted me in setting up the Bluetooth and took the time to listen to any questions I had. Chris was also wonderful and professional from start to finish. I would recommend this car dealership to anyone that is in the market for a new car. I am enjoying the car very much and cannot say enough nice/good things about those that I came in contact with during the purchase of my new car. Great job to everyone!!! More

My husband and I went to Hyundai to get him a new car and see if we could find something for me that would give us enough room for our family. Being on a budget, as most families are that have small childre see if we could find something for me that would give us enough room for our family. Being on a budget, as most families are that have small children, we told Sean what we were looking for, what our budget was and some must haves. Our price range made it a challenge, but low and behold, Sean and his staff made our dreams come true! We could not have been happier with the service we got. We were able to test drive a couple vehicles! Knowing that we had 2 small children at home, Sean and his staff worked around our schedule and our kids nap schedules to make the experience optimal! They had the exact vehicle (color, interior, 3rd row, etc.) on the lot for me, but not the color my husband was hoping for for his vehicle. They found what he wanted and will have it here in a couple of days. All of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and FUN! At no point did we feel pressured or being "sold" anything we did not want. Mike was so sweet and did a great job explaining how everything worked inside the vehicle. He was thoughtful, diligent and a hard worker! Brian was a hoot and made the paperwork fun. We really liked how everyone took the time to get to know us, about our family. We had an incredible experience and walked away, both of us, happy and excited! Not only do we have gorgeous new vehicles, but the fact that Hyundai is super safe was a HUGE selling point for us. We used to be loyal Subaru owners and have without hesitation, have made the switch! We cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience and all of the perks that came with buying from their!
