An Unexpected Journey I didn't enter the dealership to purchase a vehicle, I was just picking up something from my husband who was there to service his car. From the first interaction with Sean to the last, it was completely low pressure. But, he had all the answers to all my questions and quite frankly made it easy for me to say yes to this beautiful car. As my husband said that night.."He is a master of his craft." I had to return the following day to finish up the paperwork and finance. I then had the pleasure of working with Mark Bouley and Brian Battersby. Mark taught me how to use everything in my new car and made it easy to finish the deal. He was wonderful to my daughter too. Brian answered all my questions and made the sometimes scary part....the financing....a piece of cake. Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful experience. Best Experience Ever at a Dealership! I have to to be honest, the only reason we thought to visit Hyundai of Keene, was because Mike Blake has been a long time friend since High School and I have to to be honest, the only reason we thought to visit Hyundai of Keene, was because Mike Blake has been a long time friend since High School and he announced on Facebook of his employment at Hyundai. Thus, now that we are need of a vehicle, our first stop was to see Mike. To our surprise, we found that everyone at the showroom was incredibly friendly and personable. Brian was easy to talk to and is working his best to find a loan for us that will work. He took the time to ask us about "US" and our story, not just about numbers and paperwork. It was pleasant conversation that left us feeling like someone was going to bat for us. So in the end, what was supposed to just help a friend out, turned into the best experience we have ever had at a dealership and we have bought 5 cars in the past! She was up front about being a new sales representative but was very proficient with all the information we were looking for. If she did not know an answer, she went to someone right there and got us the answer so there was no waiting for her to get back to us. They had the vehicle we were looking for and she sold us our Sonata that day. She made arrangements for us to pick up our new car the next day. Brian Battersby prepared all the paperwork with us to sign and complete our purchase. I made an appointment with Nicole to be there the next morning and they were waiting for me to complete any more paperwork and Nicole went through the car and the features with me and was very confidant. Chris was possibly the most outgoing and genuinely interested person I have ever encountered when buying a car. It all started when the vehicle I came to look at wasn't what I expected... and then... boom... I got a car I liked even better. I even ended up in a social conversation with another salesperson the next day when picking up my car - again, a genuine conversation - not an attempt to just get my wallet (or dismiss me because somebody else already had).
