When we got down to the dealership we loved the atmosphere looked more like a place you can hang out and talk cars instead of your average run of the mill car dealership good parking too hard to find and a car dealership. Spoke to Randy we got to see the car we were interested in got a feel of the bells and whistles test drove the car. The part that I really liked was after the test drive when there was no pressure on purchasing the car allowed us to crunch numbers liking what they came back with we said yes and within the time it took us to do the test drive we were ready to sign the papers and all within one hour of getting there we were done keys in hand and on our way home with a crossover better for our growing family More

Our past history with car salesmen is that they routinely address the male when talking about the details of the car or the sales price. Randy made sure that he addressed both of us during our discussion and was very thorough in answering our questions. The car was for our son and Randy made sure he included him as well. I just picked up my CTS Coupe from De La Fuente Cadillac on Saturday, March 12. From the beginning my first contact at the dealership (Bill Mercado) was helpful. His friendly approach and willingness to spend time with me discussing the CTS Coupe and options really impressed me. Of course I visited the dealership more than once before I made my decision and Bill consistently devoted time to me to address all of my questions and to get me in the car for a test drive. Bill knows a lot about Cadillacs and that really helped in the decision making process. Both Bill and Enrique Rodriguez worked to get me a fair price for a great car. Of course, I'll be taking my new Caddy to De La Fuente for service, too. More

On Jan. 22, 2011 I purchased a 2009 Ford Focus at De La Fuente Cadillac. To say my experience with Randy Hanslik, the Internet Sales Manager and the staff at De La Fuente Cadillac was excellent is an under Fuente Cadillac. To say my experience with Randy Hanslik, the Internet Sales Manager and the staff at De La Fuente Cadillac was excellent is an understatement. From the moment I contacted Randy, he was very attentive to my request and financial requirements. Knowing my heart was set on the Focus, he moved the sales process along without pressuring me into buying something I didn't want. I had already done all my research on the vehicle, my financing was in process with an outside finance company, Carfax ordered and reviewed, so it was just a matter of test driving the vehicle and completing the sale. As the Internet Sales Manager, Randy and I communicated primarily via email in the beginning. He responded quickly and thoroughly answering my questions each time. Even though I had been approved by my financing company, they (the financing company) were still waiting for one piece of documentation from my employer to complete the process. But since it was the weekend that wouldn't happen until Monday. So Randy and the finance team at De La Fuente Cadillac went the extra mile to contact the finance company to verify my application and even without the final document, they felt certain the loan would be funded and decided to finalize the sale two days early. This was huge for me as we've been a one car family for almost a year and it was becoming increasingly difficult to have just one vehicle. With my son returning to college Monday, I was looking foward to finalizing the deal on Saturday. Being able to finalize the sale a couple days early was icing on the cake. My son and I were in and out of the dealership within an hour. It was amazing. Each person I met was friendly, knowledgable in their respective roles, and did not try to pressure me. I would recommend De La Fuente Cadillac to anyone interested in purchasing a new or used vehicle. Although I did not purchase a Cadillac (though that would've been nice), the vehicle I did purchase is in excellent condition and I know will bring me and my family many happy miles to come. We went to the dealership after we had already been to Marvin K Brown Cadillac and had an estimate of price. They offered no financing, aqnd it really seemed as if we were bothering them by being there-even though we had bought our cadillac from them before. We went to De La Fuente Cadillac and were received like long lost friends by the staff. We were offered beverages and comfortable chairs as well as the knowledge of experienced staff members-such as Rick Rodriguez and Randy Hanslik. Rick spent time with us and got us a great deal on the financing. Randy was the one who explained all the workings of the car, and all the options. We were completely satisfied with our car buying experience. Rick and Randy made it painless and fun !
