Poor Customer Service and quality of work. On 7/3/2020 I had my 2015 Oil Change and tire rotation. I was informed by my service advisor, Jesse Smith that I was missing the under-car splash plat On 7/3/2020 I had my 2015 Oil Change and tire rotation. I was informed by my service advisor, Jesse Smith that I was missing the under-car splash plate. I explained that your dealership had performed all my service since I purchased the car; and was never informed of this until now. We surmised the splash plate was removed when the transmission and differential service was performed at your dealership; and they forgot to replace it. Jesse inspected the connection locations and stated it appeared the plate was not missing very long; as there was not much dirt in the area. I told Jesse I expected the dealership to provide and install a new splash plate at no cost to me. He said he would talk with his manager to get it approved. After an email and 2 follow-up calls he stated that he would approve the replacement; and get the part ordered. He promised to call me when it arrived to schedule an appointment. I have left 2 voice mails; and have never received a return call. There are 2 problems: the technician failed to replace the the splash plate; and the service advisor did not respond to his customer. Consequently; I do not plan to do business with this dealership anymore. More

Easy buying experience. Chris did a great job meeting expectations. Transaction was done within hour of looking at vehicle. The ONLY issue is the dealership did not have a second key for the vehicle... expectations. Transaction was done within hour of looking at vehicle. The ONLY issue is the dealership did not have a second key for the vehicle.... they didn’t disclose that information. The car is a 2020 with 6500 miles on it. I can’t imagine the original owner did not trade cat in without a second key. The keys for this vehicle are smart keys with FOB’s to set alarm etc and are expensive to replace. Dealership is trying to locate a key. The right thing to do is to have or replace key for automobile. I would recommend dealership without any reservation. Hopefully, they’ll do the right thing and provide a second key. More

I have two Hyundai's. When I brought my Elantra in for an oil change it was fast, friendly and great service. 5 Stars there. Saturday I made an online appointment. Had my Veloster there at 11:20 for an 11:30 oil change it was fast, friendly and great service. 5 Stars there. Saturday I made an online appointment. Had my Veloster there at 11:20 for an 11:30 oil change. The car hadn't moved by 1:10 and we left. Not so good... If you can't keep an appointment time, don't bother offering them. Not so good but I'm trying again Tuesday. More
