To begin on a positive note, we appreciated the initial assistance offered by the dealership, including the offer to pick us up from the Amtrak station in Anaheim. However, there were some logistical hiccu assistance offered by the dealership, including the offer to pick us up from the Amtrak station in Anaheim. However, there were some logistical hiccups with coordinating our ride, which made the beginning of our visit slightly awkward. Regarding our True Car offer, we were pleased to receive the $10,000 rebate as promised. However, we encountered discrepancies regarding other aspects of the offer, particularly in relation to accessories listed. Despite our inquiries, we were told not to worry about them as they were supposedly included in the price of the car. Upon receiving the car, we discovered that these accessories were not listed on the price sheet, leading to confusion. As the day progressed, we encountered difficulties with the efficiency and communication of the sales team. There appeared to be poor delegation of tasks, and our salesman seemed to leave us without explanation during the leasing process. The overall process took much longer than anticipated, extending from 10:30 am to 7:30 pm. Additionally, we experienced delays in getting our car back, with no clear communication about the reasons for the wait. Furthermore, we were disappointed to learn that an advertised offer, offered online and on a poster in the showroom, for a complimentary charger and installation had expired, despite it being a factor in our decision-making process. Nothing on the poster said the offer had expired. Hyundai nor the dealership take responsibility for having posted an expired offer and will not assist us in obtaining this false advertising offer. Despite these challenges, we would like to commend Jeff, a salesperson who provided exemplary service towards the end of our visit. He took the time to explain the features of the car and assisted us with setting up necessary apps, which we greatly appreciated. Being that we had an offer on arrival, being at the dealership should not have taken that long. Not having a fast charger on the property was a problem and when we finally received the car, It was only charged at 87%, getting a new car, I think you should get it at a full charge as listed on the window sticker. This was the worst and most unprofessional experience in dealing with a service center. The tech and management were dishonest and lacked integrity. I had to wait two weeks to get my car back waiting on a mystery part that I was initially told was ordered only to say they sent the wrong part then come to find out it was on back order the whole time. Finally I get to pick up my car and the job wasn’t even complete, and they still tried to charge me full price. And speaking of price, that kept changing as though they were just making up numbers. I left feeling cheated and taken advantage of, and there was nothing I could do about it because I needed my car back. More

This was probably the least stressful car-buying experience my wife and I have ever had. In the end, we made our way back to Carson and to Rosy to buy our car there, and the whole transaction was incredibly matter of fact and simple. Yanet in Finance finished it out and was also super professional and efficient. I hope we drive this car a long time, but when we're in the market again we'll definitely stop at Hyundai Carson. More
